This gap has helped hotels maintain their ability to charge higher room rates across major markets, including Delhi, Mumbai, Goa and Rajasthan. The company’s performance has exceeded internal expectations despite the seasonally weaker second quarter, he said.IHCL continues to target revenue growth of 12-14%, although growth of more than 15% remains achievable, Chhatwal added.
